Antibiotics transparency revealed in survey
The results of an antibiotics transparency survey of more than 60 fast food restaurants, food production companies and grocers was recently made available, and experts say the findings indicate antibiotics are in the majority of animal-based products purchased by consumers. Whole Foods, Chipotle Mexican Grill, and Coleman Natural Foods are among the few companies that do not inject healthy animals with antibiotics.
