Antioxidants may cut pancreatic cancer risk
Consuming a diet high in foods that contain antioxidants, such as fruit, may cut the risk of pancreatic cancer by two-thirds. “It is estimated that 35 percent of cancers are related to carcinogens in the diet,” said one doctor of oncology and hematology. “Antioxidants have been the subject of numerous trials because in theory they could be instrumental in the prevention of carcinogenesis.”
