Lisa A. Lundy, cookbook author and the voice behind The Super Allergy Girl’s Allergy and Celiac Blog, reviews The China Study from the standpoint of a gluten-free, casein-free and nut-free eater. Lundy says she began to transition her diet and that of her family immediately upon reading the book.
