Dole recalls bagged salad for Listeria
Dole has recalled bags of lettuce sold at Wal-Mart and Kroger after a positive testing for Listeria, a foodborne illness that caused 30 deaths in the U.S. last year. So far the recall comprises six states — Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia — and no illness has been reported.
