T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies is a nonprofit organization based in Ithaca, NY. The Center grew out of Dr. T. Colin Campbell’s life work in nutritional research and the recognition of The China Study, the 2005 book co-authored with his son Thomas Campbell, MD. The Center’s mission is to promote optimal nutrition through science-based education, advocacy, and research. By empowering individuals and health professionals, they aim to improve personal, public, and environmental health.

Online Courses

eCornell logoThe T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies offers online courses in partnership with eCornell, a subsidiary of Cornell University and leading provider of online education. Courses are designed for the general public, but they include enough scientific explanation and references to benefit health professionals including, physicians, nurses, dietitians, nutritionists, wellness coaches and more.

Current programming includes:

Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition
Overall health and risk of degenerative disease are inextricably linked to dietary practice. This innovative, world-recognized, world-class, certificate program introduces a new way of thinking about nutrition and explores the benefits of a whole food, plant-based diet, based on the research and teachings of Dr. T. Colin Campbell and a variety of other experts in the field. Up to 30 continuing education credits available for a variety of health professions including dietitians, physicians, nurses, pharmacists and health educators.
