T. Colin Campbell Foundation
The T. Colin Campbell Foundation is based in Ithaca, NY, home of Cornell University. The T. Colin Campbell Foundation is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization providing accurate scientific and health information to the public. The mission of TCCF is to help educate the public about the health benefits of a whole food, plant-based diet. The primary activity is online education in plant-based nutrition through the Certificate Program in Plant-Based Nutrition, offered in partnership with eCornell Inc.
Online Courses
The Certificate Program in Plant-Based Nutrition is offered in partnership with eCornell, Inc. The program is a series of three, two-week courses facilitated by a highly-qualified live instructor. This program introduces students to a new way of thinking about nutrition and explores the benefits of a whole food, plant-based diet, based on the research of Dr. Campbell and other leading experts. Laypeople and medical professionals alike find them valuable, and continuing education credit is available for doctors, nurses, pharmacists, dietitians and certified health education specialists.
