Interview with plant-based “Chef AJ”

Gretchen of ChicVegan.com interviews Chef AJ, a plant-based chef who promotes a diet free of animal products and processed foods. In the interview, Chef AJ discusses some of her reasons for promoting this lifestyle. She says, “I wanted people to understand that there is a big difference between a vegan diet and a WHOLE FOOD plant-based diet.  Just because it’s vegan, doesn’t mean it’s healthy.  All processed food is inflammatory and disease promoting whether you call if KRAFT or organic vegan.”
